I have dp plus 500 lnb was wondering on the t5 in settings what setting do I use

The Dish DP twin LNB used on the D500 dish, uses band stacking, so your box needs to be set to ether "OCS-DP" or "Dish" in the satellite settings, then the Diseqc switch ports need to be #1 for 119W and #2 for 110W.

To find 119 use TP 12457R, it has one open channel on it (Dish 101) this helps you find the correct satellite, use the default transponder to see if you have a signal on 110W.

Use dishpointer.com to help find these two satellites, after you enter your location go to the "Multi LNB" selection and select 110W&119W.

Follow the info given for those satellites and if you zoom into your location and select the mounting location of the dish it will give you a line on a map showing where to point the dish.
