I had found some info but can not find it again. Do I cover the 110 and 129 lnb and use dishpointer for 119 and go from there.

No don't cover any LNB, you select the 119W LNB by setting your Diseqc switch setting to #1, then use TP 12457R to find 119W, this is the Dish 101 channel and has 1 open channel, it will help you zero in on 119W.
Once you find 119 you lock the dish in place, then very slowly adjust the skew to the correct setting provided by dishpointer.com, look for 110W (Diseqc port #2, and using TP 12224) then check for 129W by using TP 12516 using Diseqc port #3.

Ch# 9598 on 110W would tell you that your on the right bird.
Ch# 9599 on 129W would tell you if your on the right bird.
And I don't know how to change the transponders on you brand of receiver.
