limesat won't work

i have tried everything that i know to try and get this limesat to work but to no avail, i know codes work cause i tried them on a different receiver and they came on right away, i tried
3.rocketserver.tv,31.220.2.40 still nothing,i put in the factory bin on it limesat ultra_factory_v1.03 then the limesat ultra_japan_v2.73 so i don't what else to try or maybe it's time for a new
receiver if anyone out there can help me with limesat ultra would be greatly appreciated,thanks

Hi there are you going in and setting up receiver correct. Sometime on Limesat you need to ask site to give you info for a Limesat. I am running a Limesat receiver with south server did you enter all info correct.

As mentioned in previous post when using rocket. Go back and tell them what box you are using and ask for the correct ip/url.

my limesat is working great with ip 31.220.2.37
