Password locked

I had a ultra given to me but it is password locked. Owner does not remember password, to many years have passed since it was used. I cant find any info on how to change it out. Anybody else have any ideas??

maybe you could fac reset/restore...and try loading latest firmware again.....

or if that one doesn't work try these master passwords for Viewsat......................: 0937 or 3570

That is true on the feedback, but 3570 prolly was the magic #, sure would be great for feed back.:yes:
