SV8000 no signal

Hi, I have an SV8000 that was working fine when I went out of town 8 months ago. Now, it doesn't get any S or Q signal on the 100 or 119 lnb. I can read ~13.5 and ~18.5 volts on the coax. My Nano gets full S and Q on the same coax. The small fan was making noise so I picked up a fan while I was gone and installed it. I couldn't find a 5V, this one is a 12V. All else is the same as when it was working.

Got any ideas?
