Where to start?

I just dusted off my old SV8K and plugged it in.

In the menu under version information it says:

Boot loader 02.07
Main Software 04.37-P
Front software vB-07

Ive been searching for a how to guide for what and how to update from here but I can only seem to find posts from a year or two ago. I just want to make sure im getting the most up to date files and guides so I dont have to back track. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I believe I have the Ihub, its about a 2.5" chip with a female end that fits into the computer port on the back of the reciever with a female data cable jack on the other end. I know I must sound pretty nieve here but its been a really long time. Thanks again!

I can load the stb with the 2028 file via usb correct?

Can you point me to the 2028 file kind sir? Many thanks! The one I found via search says it will only work with ihub version 2.2 so im not sure if this is the right one or not?
