Nano 2 stopped connecting to server

For some reason in the past two weeks my old faithful Nano 2 stopped connecting to a private server. access is fine because i tested it with my other box. plus the settings have not been changed at all. and i know that my network connection is working fine because it detects settings in ip setup, auto. any ideas as to what could have happened?

Just a shot in the dark, but I used to have that problem a couple years back with limesat and I would change gateway to 8.8.8.8 and dns1 to 8.8.4.4 in network connections. Write down your numbers before changing. good luck

I tried your suggestion but it didnt' work. I don't get it. Sats are good, network connection is good, server access is correct. The box will just not connect to server. I have two subscriptions, I"ve tried them both. I have another box and they work just fine on that one.

How are they connected to the internet ?..hard wires , bridge

maybe contact your reseller. something might have changed

have you tried removing all private server info unplug nano from power then restart by trying 1 server at a time good luck

here is my sugestion: 1. go to control panel, turn off auto tp.
2. go to network, ip set-up press ok! when you see all the numbers show-up, press apply! count from 1-20,
they should come in, now exit.
3. go to accessory & make sure the emulator key is off! now exit, watch tv.:thumbsup:

I am having the same problem have tried all your suggestions got any more or does someone
know for sure what is wrong and a fix please
