Anyone used a SF-500 Digital Satellite Signal Meter? Can it be used for dish network?

I did a search and nothing is coming up for SF-500 Digital Satellite Signal Meter. A $60 white meter. Looking into replacing my $6 little black one i think a lot of us here have. Wondering if this meter can be used with dish network and if it is easy to use. I have a hard time getting high signals on all LNB's.
