I have a dreamlink hd T4 was woking on wed turn tv on thursday and all i got was no signal or quaility


Did the following

1 changed desquc switch

2 changed all cables from the dish to receiver with new ones

3 check dish with sat meter 97%

4 Did factory set

5 sever is connected

6 internet good

install my other dreamlink Hd T4 and work good 97% signal and quaility

could it be my module

Remove the module and try it on sd channels.

its likely a t5 as the t4 does not have a module

It is a HD and has a red module

thats the dreamlink HD It sounds like you need a new module

u tried hard boot..or rebooting ur network...satscan..is good thing as well..

yes hard boot and rebooted wont scan sat has no signal shows red it goes through the motion of scanninning but no channels

your dish has to be repointeded. by the sounds of it its has moved

take the hd board out of the working unit and try it in the non working unit

shows 20%
the working shows 97%

I believe it is the lnb in connection is the problem is this possible
as went you scan the sat it but goes through the procedure but shows no channels

did you take the one out of the working unit and install it in the non working unit?

try swapping the power supply

Its seems that you tried just about everything...
Post your anntena settings and what sat are you locked on..
It could be your antenna settings just saying its worth a try..
