Is sonicview 360p down?

Special announcement says sonicview 360p are not supported anymore. Does that mean it will be down forever or is there a way to get it to work. Do I need to get a new receiver for nfps?

what is means is that there be no more update in software and/or firmware for the SV360P. I have been using my SV360P for ps and it work perfect no need to get a new box.
