Video not supported Red Tube

Tried the new Red Tube application on the 8000hd local. But if I try to watch something it says the video is not supported? Is there a special setting to correct this. I have tried the You Tube and that one works fine.

I got same problem, tried al setting on tv and setting on the linkbox, only youtube works.

I have just tried upgrading to V189 file and still no luck with red tube. It says file not supported but when I switch back to sat channels it somehow changes the video setting and I can only get a very small picture in the upper right hand corner of the screen. I must then shut the box off and put it on again to get the picture back to normal. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance for your help!

no fix for that right now they all are doing it pretty lousy file.
