Anyone have any issue with the Mega not scanning all the channels correctly? For some reason it wont scan any channels on the Horizontal Polarization with a 11250 LNB, the L&Q are near 100% but the bars are red. Go to the next TP with Vertical Polariztion and it's 2 green bars and works great. Both my Limesat and Nano2 have no issue.
Here's the kicker on 119 I had a 10750 LNB and it scanned all the channels? So I thought maybe I had a LNB problem so I put all new 11250 LNB's up and alls the same now except 119 is now having the same problem not scanning channels with Horizontal Polarization.
Am I missing something or does the Mega not work well with the 11250 LNB? Other than only having half the channels it works pretty well but i do think the Limesat has a better HD picture.
Any ideas?

No issues with 11250 lnbs here at my end. Are you sure you have 11250 in your settings as I had to change from 10750 and it isn't an option as you need to insert the number and scroll up or down so it doesn't go back to 10750.

Thanks, I had tried that and had no luck. It was really unusual and frustrating so I finally just took the unit back to the place I got it from and exchanged it for another Mega.... Well now with a new box it works just fine. I guess once in awhile there is a bad unit.

I'm having this same problem. Bought my Mega off ebay so it will be a pain to return it. Do you think replacing the sk200 would fix the problem or the entire box needs to be replaced? Is the green or red sk200 better? Mine came with a red one. thanks

Had a simular problem with mine plus it wouldn't push my motor...did a little sniffing around and read where some others were having a problem as well and they bought or got a hold of a power supply or adapter with more amps and it curred the problem. So I bought one with 2.5a and it seem to solve the problem. Not a suggestion but just thought I would throw it out there...not sure if there will be any problems with this thing later down the road with more amps...guess time will tell...bought a used on off flea bay for about $10 shipped. No problem now with v or h tps...locked on to and scanned in the 61.5, 72.7, 77, 110, 118.8, 119 and 129...can't view all of em because some are not carried but I've locked and scan never the less just for chits and giggles.

i tried a 2amp power supply but same problem. don't have a 2.5amp but would like to get one to test. The ebay seller offered to replace the sk200 so I think I will try that route 1st. thanks

If you tried a 2a then I would say the 2.5 probably wouldn't help either...sounds like you have another issue going on...if the seller would replace the board then I would go that route first as well. Later down the road I would say these sk200 boards would be the first things to go out.

I have had that prob once a while ago with a different receiver and it ended up being my switch outside....Changed it and all worked fine.....Just a thought for ya.

New red sk200 installed today and same issue. Really don't see how it could be a switch or LNB problem since my I-Link sees all the TPs fine.

Would the green sk200 make any difference? thinking to return this box but wanna try everything 1st.

I don't think its the board. Try a factory reset, reload factory file, factory reset again, download latest file, factory reset again, try scanning for channels and see what you come up with.

tried a 12v 5amp power supply which works fine but didn't solve the problem. Mega boots up really fast now and channels come in very quick too with this higher amp supply.

ordered another sk200 off ebay since I have a feeling the dealer just mailed me back the same sk200 I mailed him to replace. If the new sk200 doesn't change anything then it has to be a switch/LNB issue.

reading around it seems this compatibility problem with switches/LNBs the Mega has isn't so uncommon. hopefully future firmware updates can resolve this. My I-Link 9000+ box has no problem with my setup which makes me think I should of got a HD I-Link box instead, but I really wanted to try IPTV.
