Missing Channels on 118.7 Satellite

Dish Network moved a bunch of channels on July 17 - this is from DBSTalk:

742 9XTAS 9X Tashan (India) moved from TP 17 to TP 14 at 118° (SD *TEST* Hidden)
779 ZEEMR Zee Marathi moved from TP 17 to TP 14 at 118° (SD Hidden)
792 ATN ATN Bangla moved from TP 17 to TP 14 at 118° (SD Hidden)
9798 TVBP TVB Pearl (Chinese) moved from TP 17 to TP 14 at 118° (SD Hidden)
9986 TVBE TVBe Jadeworld (Cantonese) moved from TP 17 to TP 14 at 118° (SD Hidden)

These 9 channels all moved from 118.7 satellite Transponder 17 (frequency 11959 V) to Transponder 14 (frequency 11911 H)

I have changed all of these channels to the new frequency but I'm still having a problem picking them up. All the channels are pixelating - the SNR shows 87% AGC 97% and BER is showing around 14 to 19.
Maybe Dish Network is had a problem with Transponder 17 - and thus the move - and is now having a problem wtih Transponder 14.

Is anyone getting any of these channels on any receiver?

All these channels are working with the new TP.Try to scan TP 14 only, the channels should come in since you have good signal strength.
