Hi all, I use the link to check my donation for a year and I enter the Order # and it said "Sorry, We can't find this donation.", what does it mean exactly, does anyone know what to use to check plz? (I bought it on 22 Feb this year)

If it says they can't find donation, then either you typed it in wrong, or it's gone. Are you sure it is n f p s and not rocket?

Thank you for helping, the address is 12 nfpsserver ... so I think it is n f p s, and the donation number I take it from the email,

Thank you I took the wrong value to search, I found it now, it said active, the status said Connect but all scrambled, is it me or the server is down? mine is 17110

Did you try a temporary IP &/or a hard reboot?
c/p from 3 hrs ago... 17110 is up
Please change the IP to 35.220.2.35

Hi I am using the Ilink model and it does not take the IP, I can only enter the domain name which is 12.nfps.... When I enter the IP address, it does not understand and I dont khow how to make it work with the IP

Then Hard Reboot...c/p...
Unplug your modem/router for a good 10 minutes...of course have your box unplugged or off with the back rocker switch.
This is for the people who say they are still down on what ever port.
