server connection problem

I know the box is connected to internet, but after entering server info, still can not connect. Help please

All the log in info is correct. When trying to log in it says disconnected. Hook up the ole viewsat with the identical server info and it works flawlessly.

Could somebody provide me with a step by step walk through on how to get this box connected to the iks server. It also may be a good idea to make a sticky on this issue for other members to follow

I don't know what I did, but I finally got it to connect to server. Two down one to go...the only issue that I have left is the wi-fi connection and using the wireless adapter
