nano2 to i-link paid server advice

my nano2 convert has worked flawlessly for years, but for about the last 3 weeks its been experiencing constant freezing,
my reseller says the service is stable and its my nano2 that is the issue
not sure I buy this line, so what service are you nan2 users using with good results??
