I ran into a problem in that I could not get Echo* satellites in my list and did some reading and found the correct method. Thanks to Costactc and a few others in the 819 thread.
I was at a friend place and he had a virgin box that had factory 105 on it. I updated to the 819 file found here:
http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php?156784-New-File-Frodo_NANO-HD_819
no other files are needed.
I first updated via USB stick in main mode and then did a factory default. When the box booted back up and I when to the satellite list there were no Echo* sat? So I went back and did some reading in the above mention thread and found you need to load that same 819 file in all code + boot code mode of upgrade in the USB upgrade menu (thanks poppy). Then I did a factory default for good measure, there they were Echo* sat and some others.
So that is it load the virgin box in all code + boot code mode with the 819 file.
Once you scan in satellites to get them in SID order press OK, the channel list pops up, use the right left scroll button to select the "Echo* Package" press exit. Now press EPG and then you will see channels listed in SID order.
Another note if you scan sat 118.9 F3 it will not appear in the SID sort of the Echo* Package you must select as it own satellite, maybe a bug that could be fixed up the road. I did not try it but you could try renaming that sat from F3 to EchoF3, it might then show in the Echo* package. I can't test because I don't have that STB (yet).
