Cannot connect to rocket server please help

ive tried different ports and different urls and no connection right now this is the only url I have found that worked last on my linkbox 8000 hd local 31.220.2.40 port 35922 do I need to update anything on my linkbox

Some mods cater to Rocket site, not sure why and post ip all the time.
