Quick question. I would like to install second jb200 in my v3 for pvr. I currently only have one coax run to room my box is in. My question is can i use a diplexer or triplexer to feed both of my tuners with one coax like my 722vip does

Nope not possible, you would need a second coax, but I also do not think you can run two HD modules, the Jynxbox experts would have to remark on that one.

2 JB200's can be used but as Terryl mentioned you need to run a second line into it.

This is the combo you can have in it....

Slot 1: ATSC or JB200 or DVBS2
Slot 2: ATSC or JB200 or DVBS2

So what is the reason you can feed two tuners on the 722 but not on the jynx with single line

the 722 is a Dpro technology IRD, it uses a special separator to feed both receivers, the only FTA receiver that I know of that supports DPP separators is SV Elite. You can use 2 JB200s in your receiver but it won't work for recording on 1 tuner while watching the other. You can only assign a satellite to 1 tuner, it is either slot 1 or slot 2.

Just buy a second jynxbox and add another cable, a new JB200 is 30 usd or more, you can buy another jynxbox for less than 100 usd with the JB200, its not rocket science, JMO,lol.

Nope.. you can't get a second original Jynxbox for under 100 bucks but a clone yes. You can buy a clone and use clone files but not a true Jynx for that price.
Is warranty and file support there, who knows now.

Go with dual tuners and install a multi swith you will also need dual lnb.

I don't think adding a second tuner to a receiver that don't have enough power for one tuner is the answer.JMO,lol.
