Change language

Hello gang my friend call me asking how to change the language of some DN channels he tried the red button that says AUDIO but nothing happens he tried his old JynxBox V3 pressed the red button and the audio window appears to change the language but on the Ultra Lite doesn't do a thing. tried the Lite remote with the V3 and it worked so the remote is not the problem, tried the V3 remote with the Lite same thing the Lite doesn't do anything, it has the 111 file he swears to remember changing the language before so is it a file thing? can he downgrade to previous file without killing the receiver? I think there is an option to change that in the main menu, I think its in the settings option of the main menu, if its not just look
at every option in the main menu.

Thanks Iq always nice to see you bud......I did checked the menu found one option set to German, changed it to English and then Spanish with no luck. TP

Did you do a factory reset after the firmware upgrade, if not I would try that first, if that don't do it then use the loader & down
grade the firmware.

I asked him that and he thinks he did the factory reset........... if I have to use the loader to do the downgrade do I have to select all chunks or just firmware? the reason I asked ia because the other thread I started "another dead lite" the receiver never turned on after reboot and the person doing the recovery installed the factory file selecting all chunks and installed the v031 file also with all chunks he believes he had to installed the 031 using firmware only and not all chunks, I am no expert using loaders nor JynxBox so no idea if he is right or not....TurboPirate

I don't know about the all chunk, what I would try first is to reload the firmware that is on it now with a usb just in case it was a bad file.
If that don't work try to load an older firmware with the usb.
