No ip converted nano 2

My nano 2 keeps losing it's IP address. For a while if we restarted internet ip would repopulate and work for a few hours now nothing happens. I thought it could be my royal power line Ethernet bridge but when I called my dealer about getting a new one she says it's the nano 2 receiver and I need to purchase a new reciever. She said this has been happening to a lot of nano 2 with no real fix. Any thoughts on this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I also have nano 2,,,ip address will not populate,,have tried turn off modem,,then receiver,,wait,,then turn back on,,go to default,,re download saats,,still nothing,,,need some advise here,,,thanks,,

have you tried the apply button in the IP config menu?
