bought a new t5 worked good for a couple of days turned it back on got nothing but flashing colors ( green) my server was up did a factory re install , changed out the dl100 card , it worked perfect again , then it happened again with the flashing colors any idea

Could be just about anything.. I would start by unplugging cables one at a time...Starting with the coax cable and see if problem goes away... That way you can determine if one of those things is hosing it up..Good luck.......

Sounds like it could also be the HDMI cable is no good
