Start over with a fresh box.
Reload the factory bin and try again.
Let us now how it goes.
What are you're settings in antenna set up?
What is the signal and quality levels at?

It doesn't see the flash drive in front or back.it shows 0 quality on both sats.server is connecting ok.could it be the box?I'll keep messing with it and let you know the outcome. It may take awhile.

Antenna settings are ok and server is ok but it doesn't see the flashdrive in front or back and quality is 0.strength is 90.i'll keep messing and post later what is found.
If quality is at 0, then you're not getting a signal from the satellite, hence no channels when scanning.

Format your stick and load the factory bin to it.
Force load the factory bin.
Insert the stick and shut the box off from the rear switch.
While holding the "ok" button in on the box, restart from the rear switch.Hold the "ok" button for at least 5 seconds when you boot from the rear.
This will put the box in USB mode and you can use the buttons on the box to navigate and force load the file. When your in usb mode,"USBL" will be displayed on the the box.
Restart as normal and load the current file for your box .
If your on component video, you'll need to downgrade to standard video (yellow output) to see the Usb mode screen.
Good luck,

The factory file you should be using is http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php?119646-SV-360-Premier-Factory-File-v110-March-2009
There are also these factory files. http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php?125439-SV_360Premier_New_Factory-2010
If those don't work then you could try using the system clean file...http://www.satfix.net/showthread.php?119647-SV360Premier_SysCleanFile
I would do each one twice and then see if that helps
Can you post your satellite setting...I don't think you have them right since you did the factory default.

here's what's happening.when I put factory file on I get quality signal but no internet.when I put file 20-2028 on I get internet but no signal.I've tried numerous combinations and system clean file and started over doing factory reset and turning box on and off from back but if I don't use 20-2028 my hub is not there.all my settings for sat are correct and it will scan if I don't put 20-2028 file on.once I use that file my signal and channels are gone.do I need a new box?the hub is good it will connect without putting factory file on.junior 1 showed me which files I should use and I tried them in different ways with no luck.
thank you guys
I've noticed with the latest file, that after a factory reset the lnb frequency is at 10750, have to change it to 11250 before rescanning.
