This might help others who are having connection/freezing problems

I got it! After much searching and many tries of different things I finally did this and am up and running with no freezing at all. Maybe this will be a help to others with other boxes it might give you an idea. I have a Nano 2

Before I did anything I found and downloaded the NPN 8.10 factory file I then boot loaded into box
I then proceeded with SW loading 1.29 file
I then proceeded to load all other converting files as per original instructions
enter all your codes etc.
scan your birds

Double check your utilities to make sure EMU is still turned off mine came back on after I scanned birds.

I believe that the 8.10 file cleaned out all the garbage in the box so the files could work more efficiently.

Even if you aren't using a Nano the idea could be put to other boxes to clean out debris with factory file.

I'm wondering if this will fix my problem. I keep losing my ip address therefore showing no connection. If I disconnect and restart my internet my ip address comes back for about a day but with lots of freezing. I thought it was a problem with my Ethernet bridge but now am wondering if it is being caused by the box itself. Where do I locate the above files? Do you convert back to a Nano 2 then start from scratch loading files. Any info you could share would be greatly appreciated. Haven't been able to watch anything for over two weeks. Thanks for all your help.
