All the channels are scrambled. I have already done all the obvious steps. Rebooted everything multiple time, factory reset and rescanned channels. The IKS server is up, I have excellent signal and quality. All my connections are good. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions??? I don't get it.

check with your provider that the donation is active... that you are on the correct port & that the des keys didn't change by themselves

I never considered that. I will double check that later when I get home. Is this common for this receiver?

ports change & des keys have been known to change by themselves but it is not common... but it has happened more than once... if you got your donation from a reseller it may have been active for a while before you got it... I assume you have NFPS... here's a link to the NFPS checker... it will tell you if you are on the correct port also...

I'm with Ultimate IKS for BEV. They checked donation for me, they said it was all good and problem is on my end. I agree the problem is on my end, I just can't figure it out.

ping the server to be sure your ISP isn't blocking you

I will try that first actually. Thank-you. So what if they are blocking it, then what?

Is the attitude really necessary? Clearly I am on here because I need help. If I am inconveniencing you, then don't bother answering my questions.

yes they work ... but you will need a working private server to go along with them... freezing is worse with some files.... once you get it working ...test to see which works best for you
