Will this work or what should I change?
Thanks

Nope, that will not work, you would need a DPP44 switch with those type of LNB's (the DP twin LNB is not an old style legacy, it needs a DPP type switch to run right)
The large LNB will go to the #1 and #2 ports on the DPP44, the other 2 LNB's will go to the #3 and #4 ports on the DPP44.
The #1 receiver port on the switch will need it's own coax, this is to run the power inserter up to the switch, the other 3 ports on the switch will run the FTA receivers just fine after that.
Or use all 4 of the single LNB's and a Diseqc switch.
The input port on the DP twin LNB (the big one) will only run 1 single DP type LNB, not two.

So basically I am better of using just the LNB in on the DPP500 for just one LNB and forget the rest.

The DP twin LNB on the dish 500 will let you receive 2 satellites.
You can add a second dish 500 with another DP twin LNB and use a 22 KHz switch to go between the two dishes, it all depends on how many satellites your trying for.
If you want 110, 119 and 129 just add a single DP LNB to a second dish and hook it to the LNB input on the DP twin.
However a word of warning, the second DP single LNB attached to the DP twin may put you over the rated DC current out of an FTA receiver, and that input port will only work with DP type LNB's.
How many satellites are you looking to get?

I am currently using a Dreamlink T5. I currently have 119,129. I am looking for 82 as well. I have a couple leftover LNB's so I was jujst looking to add a third LNB, that is all. Dishes are right next to eachother so I can just use a D shape LNB and connect it to the DP 500?

Yes you can attach a DP LNB to the second dish, but you have to live in Canada or up to 200 miles South of the US Canadian border to get 82W.

Running a DP-Plus lnb with another lnb going into the "in" port would exceed the output of the Dreamlink T5 (500mA), as Terry mentioned in post 2 & 4 this setup would need a powered switch (DPP-44) to run properly or you run the risk of damage to your receiver. If you don't want to use a powered switch then ditch the DP-Plus lnb (which is a power hog to begin with) and use 3 single lnb's with a simple diseqc switch.......

If you you put the sw21 before the dpp LNB i think it will work, one side of the sw21 to the dpp with one legacy on LNB in, the other side of the sw21 to the other legacy

You would still run into a power issue trying to run a DP-Plus & 2 single lnb's with just an FTA receiver. Plus you can't run a legacy lnb into a DP twin.

I have connected the LNB IN into my old nfusion as a power source for now. This is working I think.

Some LNB's only draw power from port #1, others will draw from which never port is supplying the most power, I don't know which way the DP-Plus works (Terry might know) but to be on the safe side connect what-ever receiver you want to supply power to port #1 of the LNB and that leaves port #2 for your receiver. Also check the back of the Nfusion by the lnb-in port and see what kind of power it's putting out, if it's only 500mA then you might run the risk of damage to the Nfusions power supply over time.

The LNB in port is for dn legacy LNB and yes you need aleast 700mA to run dpp LNB

It will work with just the DP twin LNB, but when you add a second DP single you will need more DC current the the receiver can put out.

The DP twin LNB should have the DC power connected to the #1 port on the LNB, as this port is designed to do the filtering and distribution of the DC power to the LNB's, it may work with a receiver attached to one of the other ports but it's not the one designated to do so.

No, sorry the LNB in on the DP twin with 2 ports for recivers and one for a second LNB (3 "F" connectors) will only work with band stacking DP LNB's, it will not work for a legacy LNB, that type use +13 VDC and +18 VDC to switch between the transponder polarity's, that output has a fixed 20 Volts DC voltage to run the DP single LNB.
Connecting an old legacy LNB to this port will only get you the Horizontal or Left polarity transponders.

Current equipment :
*2 legacy backup lnbf (not in use)
*2 dishpro lnb (in use)
*1 dishpro 500 (in use)
Goal: 119, 129 on one dish (done)
82, 91 on another. (only one lnb connected.)
21263
Reciever is 500Mah power only
Backup reciever has 1000mah which is helping out so far.
What's my best plan to get all 4 sats running?
Ditching the dpp and using 4 separate dishpro lnb's?
Would my legacy LNBs work?
Thanks!

Not a good idea to mix legacy and DP type LNB's.
If you want all 4 then get 4 DP singles and a Diseqc switch.
If you need to run more then 1 receiver then you need the DPP44 switch and power inserter, you can run the 4 single DP LNB's into that, but don't mix them up
Do it that way and you will not run into any possible switching problems if you use the DP twin.

That's to bad. I had a set-up you could have tried that didn't need any new LNB's, just a couple of switches....oh well.

Let me get on that, I will go buy some.
Would you happen to know why I can't get certain channels on certain transponders? It only seems to be happening on the LNB in port of DPP. I have 74%Q and %73S. And it simply will not find a channel I am looking for.

Are you using one of your DP Single lnb's going into the "in" port ? Maybe try your other DP Single and see if you get the same issue.
Do you have the Nfusion connected to port 1 on the DPP to supply enough power ?

I have tried just a single to the receiver and some transponders are dead and some are up and working. I have compared them to lyngsat aswell. Same settings and all.

What sat are you trying to get with the single LNB? Are you sure you are using the proper setting on the receiver for a DP lnb?

I managed to get it working. I had the incorrect settings for the lnb.
It was for cp24 lol
