Need help finding a FTA Repair Tech. Is there anyone in the Vancover BC area that would know of one?

Try re-booting both, the router first then then wait a few to see if the receiver connects, if not then re-boot the receiver.

If you go back thru my posts I have done everything and redone everything many times? Something defective in receiver. Can not get Research Electronic to give me a ok to return it for repairs.

I am really tired of messing with this receiver I have many many hours and no progress. Does anyone know a repair tech they could refer? It is just about ready for the trash can.
