coloured buttons on remote

I tried using the blue button for playback of pvr files and it does nothing. Actually none of the coloured buttons or the ones above seem to do anything.Is this a bad remote or is it a software issue,v1.1.1

I doubt is, the firmware, more the remote. Turbo

When you go into different screens the colored buttons come into play. Look at the bottom of the screen when your in the guide.
While in server setting the red is used to delete and blue to save.
It is all dependent on what the programmers wants them to do.

So any ideas on how do you find the pvr files that you have recorded if the media list button does nothing?

Hit the PVR button at the top left. But if it's anything like mine nothing will be there.
I have never got the PVR to work on my Lite or Ultra.

lol Benny i have the opposite problem pvr function worked it recorded but the yellow pvr button and the grey media list do nothing ,,,have had to go menu media to find files ,was hoping for a less convoluted route

OK I think I know what you mean, go to menu media enter there you'll see at the top.....VIDEO.....MUSIC......RECORD, at the bottom it should tell you if number 1 is for switch or a color for switch, press what the menu says for switch until the top says RECORD it should show you the PVR recorded by Date.

Tomorrow I can go to friend's house and take photos on the TV playing recorded movies

Yes , I was actually referring to the remote yellow button that says pvr list and the grey one that says media list...can record through the epg and play back by accessing file menu-media-videoplayer

Yep check the steps I told you and you'll be able to play back what you recorded.
