just need help on where to go and how to get iks on my new x2 reciever ive just purchase for testing. help please, seen alot of forums but none with no help

Are you sure that unit works with IKS?

Looks more of a True FTA unit that is for online media.

Did you update the bin?

Is there a updated 3rd party update file?

So far the info I've read says its iks compatible. But I will look on true fta thanks

Isnt this box an openbox STB? if so then it is compatible with IKS, just need to load new software although these boxes do not work with HD Channels for DN or Bev, it does work on SD channels. If you use it for FTA purposes then you will pickup HD channels that are free.

I have 2 x2 premium receivers and they have nothing to do with openbox/skybox....awesome box on true fta that can probably be used for iks as well. Have a look in the network setting in the setup menu.

Thanks, I wasn't sure. I thought I heard it somewhere. Yah, they are good FTA boxes.

I did post a link from here that this box does have IKS capability, just waiting for approval.
