PVR Guide?

I do quite a bit of recording and the problem with my current receivers PVR Guide is that it does not give me the name of the program that recorded. I get something like this:
File name: size: date:
HBO east 2014-1-19-18-06 518mb 19/01/04
CNN 2014-5-1-19-07 302 19/02/04
As you can see going back a couple months and trying to figure out is what is what is a hassle.
My question is: if I get a Dreamlink HD T5 will I get a PVR guide that shows the name of the recorded movie? Ex: The Hobbit?
I would like to look at the PVR guide and see the name of the program that’s recorded instead of a bunch of mumble jumble.

Yes, the T5 shows the name of the recorded program. It is saved in .ts format.

I can confirm that whatever is named in the guide would be the name of the recorded file.
