Scrambled Channel after Bin update

Yesterday, I updated my 2 DL HD devices to BIN 120. Pic was good before and after, but, I wanted the better EPG. That also proved to be a great improvement. The problem that is occurring is that I lost access to several channels. One is DN HD channel 9461 HGTV. Was the go-to channel for my wife for the past couple of years, mine also, House Hunters Int. junkie. Now all I get is scrambled channel.

The updates went OK, I re-scanned the sats and they all seemed to be great, but, I no longer get HGTV.

My thought is that I have to load the latest channel definitions? I currently have the 2/21/2013.LDB version. Before I go and ask for the various codes to restore the device I want to be sure I haven't overlooked something.

Would the out of date .LDB cause the problem I'm experiencing??

Hedley, my apoligies to start with. I went back a re installed the bin and Factory reset before and after as you stated. It is all working great. I guess that I didn't do that even though I thought I did.

Moral of the story: Never attempt a upgrade on the second glass of wine. Secondly, stop second guessing someone who knows more that you do. Thanks again.
