nano 2 convert to i link volume problems

my cnx nano 2 converted to I link has a very low volume & I have to turn the tv up loud to hear it, I have took it back to cnx & back to I link it did not help. does anyone know what to try?:crazy: the remote works.

I don't have one hooked up right now but I think the cnx/iLink has a volume control so you need to turn it up, I think it's the up/down arrows.

did you ever find out what the problem was. I just donated and am having the same problem. Box is turned up full volume and I have to turn TV up to full volume.
