How to identify which dREAMLINK receiver model and module?

I'm trying to help a friend out with his DreamLink - but I'm not sure which model or module he has.

On the front it just says dREAMLINK and inside the motherboard says Dream Link Rev 1.3

It has a red module inside that says DM Ver0.5 and has rubber heat sink on it. It is a BROADCOM BCM4500KQMG chip.

Can anyone help me identify which DreamLink model he has and which module?
