Missing channels

I have read other posts and followed instructions changed switchs lmb,s missing channels between 480 - 561
also some in the 300. not sure what to do next.

This is an SD receiver ... 501-525 are HD so you wont see those...If the channels are there but they arent coming in but are suppose to it could be a server issue or they could be HD...when was the last time you erased your sats & did a rescan? this is recommended weekly...every time you should check the individual TPs for signal & quality first.... this takes about a minute per sat ... simply go to menu/channel search... scroll down to frequency & change it using the arrows... look at the bars at the bottom ... make sure the sat# in yellow that comes in just above signal is correct & repeat... on all the conus TPs the strength & quality should be 95 ... do this on both sats... once satisfied all is in order erase & rescan sats individually

Thanks for the info , as it turns out had to readjust the dish not sure why it was out .
