What is a Black Turbo HD dish? DPP 1000.2?
And does anyone know if or what switches I need to run 2 sat box's on this Turbo HD dish? One HD and one SD
Is see I have 1-2-3-LNB.
I know in the receiver setup, 1 is 119 2 is 110 3 is 129, but is the 12&3 just inputs on the feed horn?

it's only the colour of the reflector, the LNB and installation settings remain the same
port 1 - 119w
port 2 - 110w
port 3 - 129w
port 4 - input for a fourth satellite
Note that the ports above don't refer to the physical coax connections on the LNB itself. Each coax carries the signals of all three (or four) satellites to each receiver.

So, Technally, I could connect a 91" sattelite to port 4 and then set my sat box's to Disequ 4 and would have 91 appear?

yep. or 82 if you want Bev HD
also, you definitely want to have more that one receiver connected to provide enough juice to power the 1k.x LNB (second/third receiver doesn't even have to be set up, just left in standby and plugged into the wall)

Only if you have a special bracket to add another lnb for 91 and the internal switch in that thing is a real power hog so at least one receiver would have to be a DN receiver ( puts out 750 miliamps)which you would plug into the #1 output to power it. Otherwise a switch 44 with a power inserter would be needed, if I'm not mistaken lol. Most fta boxes only supply around 500 miliamps.

You cannot add a bracket to the DPP 1000.2 HD to get 91 or 82 .. you would have to get a separate dish then connect it to LNB in on the dpp1000.2
As Premier Elite said, seperate dish, and lnb would have to be DP dual.

First thing you need to know is do you have a eastern ark dish or a western ark dish, and no they are not the same, how to know what you have by looking at the lnb, a western ark dish lnb eye in the center will be 119, from there to the 129 lnb=center to center
will be 3&7/8 inches, from the 119 lnb to the 110 lnb center to center will be 3&1/2 inches.
Another way to know is with western ark 3 eye lnb you should be able to pass 2 fingers between all 3 lnb eyes, if you cant then
it is an eastern ark dish & lnb, one more thing the brackets are not the same so you cant just change the LNBs.
