I payed at the main site a 3 month sub, than i had to wait 3 weeks before receiving an email saying that my account is active but they didn't include my user name or route name as they call it. So i went back to the main site and sent an email asking for my user name , but never received and answer.

LKike I say, explain in detail, Leaving out your personal info, and other personal info.( ie: seller (for Now))
When did this take place.... did you give time for response, If they reply in email, did you check your junk folder?

soome times it can take a little bit for the seller to get back to you....

I purchased from them in two different occasions both one month. Last time I purchased from them in January 2014. Both time I got the info needed almost instantly (within an hour). I am just sharing my experience with them.
