sv360 just not working

4 days ago I did a factory reset (which I have successfully done many times) and lost the picture that I haven't been able to recover since. I performed a system clean a dozen times. I changed receivers and started out fresh and still nothing. I get "network adapter connect". My strength and quality are both 70%. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

For all who read this ...heed my words. After 4 days of mental hell...my provider admitted to this being his error. I can't say that I've learned anything from my experience except don't always accept your providers word that he has checked everything. thanks for the reads.

If you have pic and sound on channel 101... your system is working and the problem is elsewhere.
Might save you a head ache later.
