Random screen flicker

So I got my replacement ultra lite and sure enough, 2 days use, I now have a screen flicker. I have a 122" 1080p Native dlp and the flicker is really noticeable. As far as I can tell it does not go black then kick back in, it's more like a flicker that mirrors what's being shown on the bottom of the screen, but it shows up in the top right hand corner.. If any of that makes sense.
I tried the box on my 60" plasma and it does the same thing.... All of my settings are good and I have changed out the wires.
I thought it might be a lag in the P$ service but I have tried the usual stuff and it has good ping times. Also tried changing to another server and service and it was still there.

Ideas anyone??

Remove your JB module and put it back in to see if maybe it wasn't fully seated.

It may be a faulty HDMI video driver IC in the new box, can you try the RGB connections?? (If it has some) Or the video output connection?

jb200 was fully seated. I did another factory restore with the serial and being typical Thursday...... well you know :grr:

Try the rca connections and see.

Tried the rca cable direct to my projector and the flicker still happens. I wonder if it could be a bin issue. I'm on my phone and can't get the search to work...... Anyone ever had or heard of this before?

Actually I was just thinking. I really only seem to notice it happen after the box has been running for a few hours or more. If I restart the jynx with the switch on the side it seems to go away for a while then starts doing it again about every 15 to 20 seconds. It can't be overheating because I have a big fan cooling it
