No EPG or SID

I am having the same issue. Ive factory bin, factory reset, 810 bin All code+boot, factory reset, set up sats and scanned. Tried this three times now. Pretty sure my settings are right. Standard dual lnbs and diseqc switch.

No EPG and SID.

Any suggestions ?

There are quite a few peeps that are having this issue with the guide. Could be a number of things but this is a new box so like myself, just wait for a new bin. They have been good with support since it came out so I don't think it will be too long.

What type of dish are you using? LNB settings? Diseqc settings?

OK faulty diseqc switch. Replaced diseqc switch, factory bin, factory reset, 8.10 bin all code + boot code, updated setting and rescaned satellites. All good now
