How do i know what is my user /password ? i received an email saying my account is active but no username ?

Your username and password are usually the same and should have been included with your other info. Always check your spam folder as often this info winds up in spam. If nothing else contact the seller and ask what's up. If they are reputable you should have an answer soon. Good luck.
