dreamlink not obtaining IP on DHCP

I have a Dreamlink HD that is not obtaining an IP on DHCP. On Static with manual input it works, but when I set it back to DHCP it will not connect. I have powered off and back on but that does not help.
I have factory reset, installed latest factory bin followed by latest bin available but also that has not solved the problem. Any other suggestions?

have you rebooted modem/router?
checked for firewalls?

I agree..
setup dreamlink for dhcp.... Then...
Turn box off..
unplug router
unplug modem...Wait 1 minute....

Then Plug in Router First...wait atleast a minute..
then plug in modem.. wait for all lights to come on....
then turn dreamlink back on....

should work...

goodluck... Very important that the router is turned back on first..... then the modem, then the box....
works for me everytime.....
