dealer swears he sold me an original jb v3,,i say clone,,,pics please help verify

I am sure this is a clone,i told the dealer it was a clone and i used fta sites to confirm it was a clone,,and wrote him to share my findings,,,,,this is what he wrote me back...
(I personally don't believe in reading propaganda from fta sites like that are run by dealers which push you to buy from them. Site sponsors are who run the sites. I will not debate this with you. I have been in this business for 15 years and know how it all works.We could replace the jynxbox with another or you can reflash it with the factory file via serial port and you will have it working again. The start up screen even says this box is a clone,,,,know i am 99%sure its a clone,but this guy is standing firm i am wrong,,,is there any way this is an original,can a bad file make an original say its a clone,,,my remote does have china on the back it does have a second mounting hole on side with no screw in it,remote came in ziplock bag,,
Want to be sure before i continue with the ebay resolution center,,,
i certainly want my money back and not to be replaced with another clone,,,

the clone jynx's work just as good if not better than a so called original, if you are that adament about not wanting a "clone" receiver than pursue your resolution with paypal otherwise enjoy your jynx as it works well as is clone or not,
clone files work on original jynx's and from my understanding no original jynx's have been around for sometime now so anyone under the impression they are purchasing an original jynx it is not going to happen, all jynx receiver's being sold now are clones and this has been posted numerous times on many forums

you've definitely got a clone.

here's the rear of my JBv2, the originals don't have that bold typeface as seen in the first image. also, the rocker switch is in fact close to the USB port on the original receivers.

as for all the other things, the remote, the zip-lock bag, those can faked as well. Zip-lock bags can be purchased at any corner store/flea market/supermarket in North America and remotes can easily be purchased in bulk on ebay

post a pic of the serial number on the box it came in.... as for cones. At last report Wintronics still had some original V3 units.... other than that the well is dry

as for being happy with what you got! I wouldn't be either regardless how well it was working for the simple reason I would not appreciate being scammed by somebody committing fraud and I can't really think of anybody that would either

thanx guys,,,it has an awsome picture in sd and hd,,,,i have ordered a serial to usb,,,,,i will keep it,,,i just thought there were heat issues with the clones.I did not realize originals are drying up,,,,thanks again will fix and move to clone files ,,,
Ya he got the better of me for sure,,,,now i know the original ones are drying up and the clones are just as good,i am not tweeking as bad.the punching bag gets a break tonight, Cheers all

I also have 2 jynx v3 clones and they do work perfectly. I just kept on 239 bin and never had any problem. I feel some heat on top of the cover, near the turners, when using 2 turners at the same time (jb200 and dvs-s2 together) so i decided to use a computer fan for that to prevent any picture or hardware issue.

They're good clones and not so good clones. Only originals that I know of are v1 and v2, everything from there on are suspicious units no matter where they come from. jmo Good choice to convert, should have no problems now. This section is for clones, welcome

There hasn't been support for the jynx ultra for months now,the so called az link has had several new files with issues solved that will never be solved by jynx group.Dont be surprised if the clone box doesn't come out of the same factory with the same coders.
