5585 not working

hi guys goes to newcam on my tv to put in my code and i hit 5585 and its saying wrong number before it would open to the secret window so i could put in my info any idea whats going on

I believe it is 5585, try that! If you were using the 4.14 file or 5.02 or 5.04.
