Only getting channel numbers, channel names are missing

My channel list on ilink 9800hd is showing the channel numbers only on sat 129 after rescan. It does scans the channels but with numbers only no names beside them, Also receiver seems to lock up some times. Any solution to the fix the channel list. Also is there way to get the EPG on this receiver. Thanks.

I hav the same problem. I can't see the channel names. Help!!

I have the same thing. somebody helped me to fix it. First factory reset, load factory file, factory reset, load bin 279, factory reset, scan each sat and factory reset in between, when finish, factory reset again. Make sure you got the right date and time.
