Bin 161 and Fact file 191

Has anyone loaded these Star HD 161 and Fact 191 files on a 8000 HD Plus receiver? I do not see the new Fact file on the Linkbox Factor site. I am nervise to load them.

I have loaded them both and the stb is working great. Load the factory file first (it's 491, not 191) then the 161. I am very pleased after two days of watching. It seems all the issues I have had with it have been resolved. I have not tried the pvr yet....

I was first of all having a problem with ps disconnecting. That has gone away.I was also having problems with the stb rebooting when I pressed F2 to change ps. Both of those problems are now gone, completely. It was discouraging to try and watch it previously but it is a pleasure now. When I get time I'll format a hd and see how that's working.

Most channels seem to load to four hours with info. It is improved, but still not as good as a sub.....

Does this receiver not automatically change servers when you change the channel number? You have to physically switch servers between north and south??

your problem is your dis swit. i am using a sw21 now with no issues

Happy it helped with this f2 and deconnecting issus. I have the same issus you had even with the new bins installed.
Even have a new issus which is when I open the linkbox, it doesn't open on the channel it was the previous day.
Really starting to hate this piece of crap....
