how to get to my put my server info in on the remote

hello its been a while now since ive had to put a new code into my nfusion. i forgot how to do it. i use my remote and do it on the tv i dont use noi no more but forget the bin i put in anyhow now i put my codes in via tv via nfusion but i forget the code when i goto newcam settings where all the info goes i forget the four number code any help be greatly appreciated
