Cannot load Factory file v8 on clone box

This box is driving me nuts! It's got the THIS BOX IS A CLONE message. I am trying to fix this but it's just not happening! Here's what's up.

1. Have the box connected to computer via USB to serial cable.
2. After struggling, I got the computer to recognize the cable on COM3! Settings are BITS PER SECOND= 115200, DATA BITS = 8, PARITY = EVEN, STOP BITS = 1, ROW CONTROL = 1
3. Start up loader, settings are PORT = COM3, BITS RATE = 115200, PARITY = EVEN, OPERATE MODE = UPGRADE.
4. Click connect, then turn box power on. Display on box = ash (doing this is the only way I can get to connect)
5. Get error message, click connect again and get connection.
6. Double click ALL CHUNK and use file JYNXBOXNA_FACTORY_VERSION_V8 dated 07/14/2012. Click NEXT
7. Usually get UPGRADE ERROR message, but the most action I have gotten is

Open Serial Port..
Sync to serial port..
Send Address..
Download All Chunk
->Error:No Packet receive!
in execute command:transfer -z 4194304 1741029
Retry...
->Error:Send Packet Header Error!.
->Error:Send Packet Header Error!.Send packet head error!

8. Tried all the other options and just get the UPGRADE ERROR message.

Am I missing something? Let me know if you need any more info. I'll keep playing around with it, but I feel like I've tried about everything. I Googled and cannot find any help either. Thanks in advance.

Just tried to load using LOADER and got this message

Open Serial Port..
Sync to serial port..
Send Address..
Download Chunk:Loader
->Warning:download packet:18 Error! Retry......
->Error:Send Packet Data Error!Send Packet Error!Please Check serial port device

Also, the jynxbox display says r503. And it reached 49% on DOWNLOAD CHUNK LOADER. Hopefully, I'm on to something!

I did this a year ago and I remember I had to select all chunk then abs or bin file or all files, I think I used all files and loaded
the the bin file, you just need to play with it a bit, the thing is if you can connect to the box and the computer can see it you can fix it, Good Luck.

ide of upgrade by RS232 of the jynxbox ultra

Serial Cable:


















Prelude:
Prepare a PC\RS232 cable\STB receiver\upgrade tool and related software.
Connect both the RS232 ports of the PC and STB with the RS232 cable .one to one.
Process of updating:
Step 1: double click to open the upgrade tool(see the following picture);

Step 2: select the operations to do after opening the software;

Step 3: connect; click ”connect” and open the “power” of STB at the same time;

Step 4: after the success of connecting the STB,;


Step 5: add updating file, and enter the choice of patterns, let’s take the updating “All Chunk” as an example

Then Loader the File: JynxboxNA_factory_version_v8.bin




RS232 upgraded successfully！！

Could it be possible that I need to do a boot loop fix?
