in the set up it will ask you waht box you have.

Viewsat or Captiveworks,

make sure you put captivework.

IMO you should get the UH100 USB Dongle.

they are only like 30$ / or might even be cheaper now.

and they work awesome.

The xfta dongle is only good with IRD and AVR and Viewsats, or at least the work the best that way from what I have been told
