the DL HD with 5.1 or 7.1

Anyone have their DL HD receiver hooked up in a 5.1 or 7.1 set up with their home theatre?
If so, can you provide some feedback on how it blends in with the rest of your set up.
One of the reasons I got the DL HD a few years ago was because it stated it was 7.1 compatible and I am getting my man cave in motion.

I just bought a Dreamlink T5 and my Bose home theatre is 5.1.
The display on Bose shows PCM 2.0; however for some channels I hear sound in 5.1 and for some..the surround speakers only have White noise..
