server can't connect

Hi, I just picked up my T5, and im trying to get it going, but im having trouble connecting to server. I filled in the server info exactly as written in my email and made sure it was saved. when I try to connect it says cant connect to server. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also it does say connection ok for the network.

i wud check with seller..re code..also in network settings make sure you turn on the ip or domain in the list where you entered it...

Yea ive tried just about everything I can think of. iks66 server does show up in the network list after I save info, but it still says cant connect. I press the red button to save before pressing exit for each field as well..

Ok, i left it alone for the night, re-entered the server info and it connectrd first try. Thanks for the help! one more question.. what switch works best with the t5? My old sw21 switch is only detecting one satellite.

sw21 is a good switch...or perhaps a chieta 4x1...jmo.....
